Once your payment is received, your session slots will be reserved and scheduled accordingly.
Refund Policy
Please note that all purchases — whether for services or products — are final.
As our sessions and consultations are personalized, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a booking has been made.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your session up to 4 hours before your scheduled time.
Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of three times per program, as all bookings are made with mutual agreement and preparation.
Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, with delivery typically within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
